Daniela Payeras
Master in Civil Engineering from UFRGS/NORIE. Architect from UFSM - Federal University of Santa Maria. He has solid experience in large buildings, mainly in the real estate, corporate and educational areas. Since 2013, he has been developing all his projects using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology. Worked in Brasília, in the development of a BIM project for the TRF1 and the expansion of the Salvador International Airport. Foi manager of the Virtual Construction Sector at Ambar Tech, located in São Carlos-SP. Currently works in the development of architectural projects and compatibility of projects in BIM.
Mariana Canto
Civil Engineer graduated from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCAR), with an emphasis in Construction Systems. Has been working with the BIM methodology since 2019, focusing on project coordination and technical team management. Experienced in large-scale housing developments, and was responsible for implementing BIM in the project department of a real estate group. Currently serves as Operations and Technology Partner, working in project management and technical leadership. Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, focusing on the new phase of the digital transformation in the construction industry.
